Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture, tools, and processes.
- Participate in our comprehensive rotational training program to gain exposure to different technical stacks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
