Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, specifically focusing on transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and designâto translate complex AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs across distributed cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale production ML systems (e.g., using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Experience with real-time data processing pipelines and high-availability systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
