Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure optimized for 2026 standards.
- Design MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate complex research into practical applications.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI roadmaps that align with long-term business goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and evaluating their potential impact on our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
