Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends within the '2026' niche to drive product roadmap enhancements and competitive differentiation.
- Oversee System Integration: Lead complex integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between legacy systems and cutting-edge futuristic platforms.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven Expertise: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role focusing on emerging technologies.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Futuristic Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience or strong research interest in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
