Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone and email to internal staff and external clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Macintosh platforms.
- Manage and maintain a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of all support requests.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals and network devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base to improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify areas for process improvement and training.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site support).
