Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve product issues and technical difficulties by troubleshooting and escalating when necessary.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal product team to provide feedback based on user experience.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
