Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for 3-5 events weekly including venue setup, vendor management, and attendee registration
- Manage event timelines and ensure seamless execution from conception to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Handle event budgets and expense tracking with precision
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile detailed reports
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns promoting upcoming events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for vendor transport)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
