Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star guest interactions via phone, email, and in-person at premium properties
- Resolve service inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Coordinate seamless experiences between departments (concierge, housekeeping, events)
- Process reservations and manage guest preferences with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities for premium services and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and feedback documentation
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or luxury retail
- Exceptional communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency a significant advantage
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
