About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is critical in resolving technical issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM database accurately.

Qualifications
