- Document detailed interactions and resolutions in our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex bugs and suggest feature improvements.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients maximize the value of our software.
- Maintain a deep knowledge base of product updates and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
- San Jose residency preferred for on-site collaboration days.
