- Provide exceptional technical and product support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and updates in our CRM system accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify common user pain points and suggest improvements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training junior staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
