- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot customer problems using established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive resolution.
- Stay updated on product features and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Provide onboarding assistance to new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
