Responsibilities
- Assist clients with product inquiries and troubleshooting via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex service issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new clients on how to use our platform effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
