Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages to resolve technical issues and product questions.
- Account Management: Monitor account health and proactively reach out to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our product and service teams.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding new clients by providing clear instructions and product overviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or support experience preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic self-starters.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work a set part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
