Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and special offers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding common customer concerns and feature requests.
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings as required by business needs.
