Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer systems proficiently.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
