Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Document all interactions in our customer database
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT > 95%)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screen
