- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain Records: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on our services and products to help them make informed decisions.
- Escalate Issues: Identify and route complex issues to the appropriate department or management for resolution.
- Support Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule and demonstrate punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Location: Must reside within North Carolina.
