- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers, web browsers, and standard software applications.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
