Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client communications via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently using CRM platforms
- Process transactions, orders, and account modifications with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and maintain service standards
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed client records in Salesforce
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hours/week)
