Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve billing issues, process returns, and troubleshoot product concerns
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products and services
- Contribute to team performance goals and quality metrics

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations

- Available to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
