- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions in ticketing system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training sessions
- Support weekend and evening shifts (15-20 hrs/week)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or retail
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional client visits
