Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process service requests and maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced service delivery
- Represent the organization at community outreach events (1-2 monthly)
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management

Qualifications
