Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues with proprietary software platforms
- Process orders and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Document case details using Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly product knowledge workshops
- Support weekend on-call rotation (1 weekend/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Available to work 20-25 hours/week including weekends
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
