Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Enter and update customer account information accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement strategies.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications queues to ensure no request goes unaddressed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a strong plus.
