Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
