Your Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and troubleshooting the problem.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications
