Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
