Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the internal support team to improve service processes and product offerings.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
