- Order Processing: Process returns, exchanges, and new orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
