As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and orders accurately using the internal CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
