Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through on all tickets.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices to improve service quality.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable.
