Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
- Resolve issues and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to management.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if hybrid/remote).
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
