Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and train junior staff on best practices.
- Represent the brand positively in all interactions, upholding our high standards of service excellence.
- Contribute to weekly performance reports and team meetings to drive collective success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our downtown Baltimore location.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
