Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to resolve inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and promote company products and services to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Handle sensitive customer data with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet connection (if remote).
