Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10+ team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts during off-hours
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift management
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Prepare shift reports and optimize workflow processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight shifts
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
