Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team of 5-8 associates to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Address immediate operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory counts
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse setting
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with occasional holiday shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
