- Manage team of 8-10 associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes

- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
