Responsibilities
- Manage nightly warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise 10-15 team members, providing real-time guidance and performance feedback
- Enforce OSHA compliance protocols and safety standards during all shift activities
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with receiving, shipping, and transportation departments
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions promptly
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend actionable improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate material handling equipment
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
