Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 night shift team members in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Monitor and maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Valid forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proven leadership experience with shift management responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends as needed)
