Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with real-time performance coaching
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours
- Implement strict safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift management
- Conduct daily inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Resolve operational bottlenecks within 2-hour SLA
- Prepare shift reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution skills with proven team leadership
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
