Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate 10-15 person overnight team for optimal workflow
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision
- Train staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for management
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (weekends required)
