Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training on-site.
