Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Optimize workflow using WMS inventory systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Manage cross-functional dock operations
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
- Resolve escalated customer fulfillment issues
- Prepare shift handoff reports for day management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP/Oracle)
- Valid forklift operator license
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Available for all weekend shifts
- High school diploma or GED required
