Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Execute inventory control protocols with 99.8% accuracy requirements
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with receiving, shipping, and quality assurance
- Implement OSHA compliance and safety protocols during peak operations
- Generate real-time performance reports for senior leadership
- Lead process improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and RF scanning
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Availability for flexible weekend coverage during peak seasons
