Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Train and supervise night shift staff
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks
- Implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports
- Resolve operational issues proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS software
- Problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
