Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ensure 99.5% order accuracy through real-time inventory audits
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with day shift management
- Train new hires on AS/RS systems and material handling equipment
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Experience with lean methodology and continuous improvement
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
