Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a warehouse environment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
