Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 99% tolerance
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Document all activities in digital tracking systems and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
