Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems for accurate tracking
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to management
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for daily briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
